As more oxygen flows into the body, it becomes more efficient. You can feel yourself infused with energy every time you perform this technique
Pranayama is a technique to make our energy powerful. We are all very powerful. Pran means breath. If we can breathe properly we can move from low energy to higher energy. Let us do three pranayams and learn their benefits.
1.Udgeeth or OM pranayama:-
“OM “consists of three words “O”, “U” and “MA”. Give proper weight age to each word and take at least 15 seconds while chanting each word. Feel that energy is moving upwards from Root Chakra(at the end of the back bone)to Sashradhar Chakra(on the top of head) through heart chakra( at the center of the heart)and visuddha Chakra(at throat part) .

2.Anulom Vilom Pranayama

3.Kapalbhati Pranayama

You can feel yourself charged with energy every time you perform this technique. In addition to that, you may also feel increased mental activity, improved concentration. These three pranayama can help you to move with high energy and to do great things in life. It helps us to maintain perfect health. And we know that “Health is wealth”
