Let us take some valuable teachings from his life .Take the substance of Guru Nanak’s life. Try to be a good human being and a source of inspiration to many. Knowledge is truth. Right kind of knowledge leads to right path and finally to truth. Our own different factual data is not real truth. Truth is that which does good to others. Truth is happiness Truth is like oxygen without which we will die. Do you know why do we yarn? It’s because of oxygen deficiency body face. When we drink water we get more oxygen.

Let us learn something new every day and know that our work does not die. Let’s know body is not truth, soul is truth. Body dies, soul never dies. Be in soul consciousness. You are a bundle of energy. Body consciousness is a limited knowledge. We feel we are body and feel irritation and get angry due to this limited knowledge. But if you feel you are beyond that, then you can witness your angry stage or upset mood and will be able to act properly and you can stop reacting.
Be disciplined. Don’t take life for granted. Focus on what you have and give thanks for everything you receive. Don’t live with ‘eat, drink and make merry’ attitude. Be a part of new ideas. Be open minded .let us value other’s experience .Give respect to our seniors.
Wish good for the whole world. Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinam— सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः  Pray with believe and good desire. Giving love, spreading peace we receive in abundance. That is why we should study Guru Nanak’s life. Try to fold your hands and connect with politeness. Then hands can do better work. Surrender and respect all religion.
