teaching

Let us recall the scene of Kurukshetra where a great teacher Krishna ,a great person having a rich experience trying his best to teach Duryodhana but failed to do so. He failed to teach even Kunti, Gandhari and Dhritarashtra.
It happens now also when we try to teach others but e fail. Neither we can make them understand nor we do understand the reason for this failure.
So the question arises why we can’t teach the person in front of us and why the other person is unable to learn. That is to be understood and to make others understand both is a very difficult task.
Even you will find for crops to grow there should be a suitable environment. There is a right time to sow the seed in certain temperature, in effective environment, in effective water level, then only they will sprout and grow. Too much heavy rain after sowing will spoil the farming .So what to do?
We should wait for the right season and go on trying till we get the right environment. Teaching is not a very easy profession .It is very challenging and difficult task. Teachers should practice continuously to teach the lessons not only from book but being an example .In teachers students seek love and affection .They appreciate the inner beauty of the teacher.
A teacher become beautiful by her loving and caring attitude not by her external look. Beauty lies inside .If you are internally good it reflects in your nature. That’s why may be at the age of seventy, your grandmother seems to be very beautiful to you.
Due to this Abdul Kalam Sir,Narendra Modi and Mother Teressa look beautiful in our eyes. This inner beauty makes us very powerful. How to grow this inner beauty? Just by saying “Thank you “ as many times as possible to as many people as you can .Make the habit of saying “Sorry” whenever you realize your mistake. Even if you haven’t done anything wrong Your” sorry” can solve many problems in life. This will make you more humble and polite. This can add grace to your beauty.
