1Assembly Thoughts
We have already learnt how to activate Root/Base/Muladhara chakra which is red in colour and represents the earth element. By activating this chakra, which is situated at the lowest end of the spinal cord we get success, confidence, passion, courage, patience, stability, security, health etc.
Next comes the 2nd lowest chakra, Svadisthana Chakra, which is orange in colour and represents water element. By activating this chakra we get tolerance.
Now the third chakra above Svadisthana Chakra is solar plexus/Manipur chakra, which is represented by yellow colour and its element is fire. Fire can do good things like helping to cook food. It can burn and destroy good things also. Our anger is also like fire. We can use our anger to motivate and inspire people but it can also create tension, threat, fear etc.
By activating this chakra we can improve our will power, control our anger, get energy and act with awareness. This helps us to balance our feeling. Management is nothing but balancing.
Now please focus and direct your energy to the abdomen part. This is where Manipur chakra is. It is yellow in colour. Try to activate it with the powerful chant of ‘OM’ mantra.
This will make you free from tension. You can do work without the expectation of result as well as with passion and with a mission. This will help you to do work with lot of positive energy. Good energy gives you good feelings. Be good and do good.
