What is luck? Luck is the combination of opportunities and efforts, when these two combine together then action is done and ultimately action determines our luck. It is just like a cricket match where one is playing without wicket and wicket keeper and life is throwing balls. In this match that person will fail who has been stick to luck factor a lot. Life gives opportunities again and again no matter how many times one fails, and we have to be focused every time. What is the role of luck factor? Actually the problem is with those people who believe in giving excuses and make other people or things responsible for their future. They have devised all efforts one fails because of luck or destiny. So that their failure will be justified and they will be defended by putting all blame on the destiny. The day one accepts reality, stop yelling on the destiny and starts acting positively, and then one can proceed towards success. How to recognize the right opportunity for being successful? First of all we have to be clear about our goal. Then with open mind accept all the opportunities. If there are two options available in the form of “yes” or “no”, always opt for “yes”. As if once we opt for a “no” response it will automatically make our personality negative and we will grow with the habit to be negative always. And ultimately our urge to be successful will get weak day by day. Successful people always take decisions in series. Decision making is the right strength of a successful person. The actual definition of management is not planning, not motivation, not organization or not coordination but it is nothing more than decision making. Despite putting best efforts people don’t attain success, what is the reason behind their failure? Exactly, usually in maximum cases either our efforts were not consistently sufficient or the direction we opted for is wrong. If one is not able to understand the real meaning of learning, prefers cramming, lacks concept based learning, never thinks with respects to how, why and what that all proves that one is not preparing well in right in right direction. Also some people put a lot of effort but don’t do it consistently and fail. Therefore, it’s very necessary to put consistent effort in right direction then we can be successful in anything we do. Does different approaches regarding different things leads to success in diverse career? Everyone has the power of vision but the way one visualizes and interprets is different and hence everyone has mind but all differ in their mindsets. Similarly with respect to luck factor people have diverse views and opinions. For example: a flying bird when looks down in the sea feels impressed by the fish and its aquatic life and aspires to be like it. The approach followed by the bird was actually negative because it doesn’t realize the importance of its wings and get focused on the fins of the fish. Similarly the fish doesn’t values it’s fins and aspires for birds wings. Therefore, when one becomes negative their bad luck starts because they have devalued their strengths. Today, in youths this is a major problem. They suffer a lot from inferiority complex and recognize their strengths nothing can stop them from their success. Is it good to pay attention to our weakness and negativity as it has been stated always to be focused for the positive things? Yes, we should pay attention to our weaknesses and negativity but when it comes for opting something, we should always choose the positive things. One should always focus and identify their strengths. I feel that over estimating things is good as compared to underestimating because there is a probability that a person will not do anything if underestimated but will definitely do something when overestimated. List some tips with which we can change our luck. It’s quite easy to change or shape your luck by following ways: Just change your approach, viewpoint and opinions. Recognize yourself and your strengths. Make your approach positive. Finally, a small matrix to understand all this is that, we have two input devices; first is what we listen and the second is what we see. Whatever we are transferring to the mind from the inputs makes thoughts and hence we make decision accordingly. Ultimately that shapes our destiny. Therefore, the relationship of destiny is with the inputs. If our inputs are correct and so our destiny will be what we want. And if we will improve our approach for life, will be successful in everything. Therefore, always remember one thing that, “We shape our destiny with the way we think”.
