Already you have the knowledge of root chakra which is at the base of our spinal cord. That is why it is also called base chakra and is related to earth element. Earth is also taken as base. It is denoted by red colour.
Second last chakra, just a little above root chakra is named as Svadisthana Chakra which is related to water element. Water is just above the earth. This chakra is denoted by orange colour.
As you know we have tremendous mental power. When you focus your mind on any part of your body then that part becomes activated.
As root chakra is activated we get energy/enthusiasm (Josh) and when Svadisthana Chakra is activated we get creative and can do work with lot of enthusiasm.
Sometimes you can keep your enthusiasm high by doing work with the right spirit and hope. You also feel like keeping your energy high so that you can go on doing good work always.
Take the example of Maharana Pratap, whose spirit was high even in adverse situation. Let us also bring lot of creativity in our life. Let us try to activate Svadisthana Chakra by concentrating on its red colour and chanting ‘OM’ taking deep breadths. Like this we can energize our 2nd lowest chakra which is also connected with our bladder system. This is a very simple process to keep us healthy.
Whichever part of our body is not perfectly healthy, we can send energy to that part and we can get rid of our health problem without consulting doctors or taking medicines.
It is said “A healthy mind resides in a healthy body”
