We can spread peace by our thoughts and be the messengers of peace
Sound creates frequency. And you have to set your frequency. In the morning if you listen to good music or chant powerful mantra then you can charge yourself with positivity. Let us use it practically and try to spread good vibration, vibration of peace, let us wish good of others by chanting a mantra
Om Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah
Sarve Santu Nir-Aamayaah |
Sarve Bhadraanni Pashyantu
Maa Kashcid-Duhkha-Bhaag-Bhavet |
Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih

ॐ सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः Meaning:
सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः । May all be prosperous and happy
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु May all be free from illness
कश्चिद्दुःखभाग्भवेत् । May no one suffer
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥ Om peace, peace, peace

When we spread happiness around us it makes an aura of happiness around us because whatever we do world gives it back to us. If we plant a seed we will get its fruits one day.”As you sow so shall you reap.”We can spread peace by our thoughts and be the messengers of peace. Sun also gives us positive energy .It creates no difference between the poor and the rich. Like nature we can give happiness to everyone as a result of which we will be happy. More we wish good of others more we can enjoy our own lives.
