Share this on :

Why the colorful Holi is better than the bon fire Holi ?

holi

I think the basic reason for our economic and social problems is our negative thinking. On the contrary, our neighbor Japan is just the opposite. There, every person gives more importance to the moral values. Every person looks at the life with a nationalist view and is full of gratitude.
Normally either people talk about the magnificence of ancient India or they are seen giving suggestions about the problems of modern India in Present times. For a long time I have been thinking that this is such a paradox. On the one hand we talk about being the (Vishwa guru) the masters of the world, on the other hand we find that this country is divided into 565 Dynasties. Even today we find individualistic thinking. Every person seem to be thinking only about himself. Actually if we look at the basis of social, economic and political problems we find that the biggest problem is negative thinking. Keeping this view in mind if we look at the pillars of democracy like legislature, executive, judiciary or Journalism we find that every leader is busy criticizing the other person and focuses at the weaknesses. Whether you visit the secretariat or collectorate we find that every person is busy finding excuses for not doing anything. When we look at bureaucracy we find that administrative officers who get big positions with fat salaries are given this position so that they can take decisions in favour of our country but unfortunately either these people do not allow the work to be done or they find reason to not to do the work. For their petty personal benefits they don’t mind the bigger loss of the country. We all know that passivity or pessimistic thinking never helps any country, nor does it allow the country to grow. You must have hardly heard one leader or a bureaucrat praising anyone else.
I think the basic reason for our economic and social problems is our negative thinking. On the contrary, our neighbor Japan is just the opposite. There, every person gives more importance to the moral values. Every person looks at the life with a nationalist view and is full of gratitude. No matter how many number of materialistic things we may collect, the element of our success will be prominent only if we start thinking positively. Negative thinking starts from childhood. When the child is very young, first the parents start scaring him, then the teachers scare him in the school or college where he studies. Finally the place where he works, his employers do the same thing.
Actually there are two ways of working. One is the way of fear and the other is love. Just because the path of love is little more difficult, the person has to develop himself. On the other hand path of fear is easy so people find it convenient to choose the option of scaring others. Fear gives birth to anger, worries and greed.
So, now let us look at two day festival of Holi from the emotional point of view. Day one of holi is the day where we burn are negativity into the bonfire of Holika. Holika wanted to burn Prahlad because of her anger and jealousy but actually Prahlad never got burnt. So, only that thing gets burnt which is supposed to burn not everything. We all like the colorful holi played with colours because these are colours of love and purity. Let us celebrate holi with a positive thinking. On the occasion of Holi my best wishes to all.
Regards,
Dr. Sanjay Biyani

Welcome Spring Season

Share this on :

23

Today is Basant Panchmi. We celebrate this day by worshiping goddess Sarasawati who is considered as goddess of knowledge.
Saraswati is called the Mother of the Vedas and the repository of Brahma’s creative intelligence. Saraswati is also called Vak Devi, the goddess of speech.

Sarasawati is an emotion. If Sarasawati/education is given importance in our life then our voice will be sweet and we become knowledgeable. If we give importance to anything then that thing comes to our life. So worship goddess Sarasawati with good feelings and emotions so that we will get good words, good voice and good knowledge.
Prayer means to increase our desire. By giving importance to desire we get fulfillment. Let us welcome spring season from today. In this season you will find yellow flowers start blooming all around. Marigold & golden mustered flowers make the surroundings golden & happy. You can see these flowers blooming on both sides of the highway which goes to Jodhpur or to Delhi.
This season is really appreciable/blossoming season. Make this day full of happiness. Try to love yourself and understand your real self. Everything is in our inner self. People are searching happiness outside but actually it is inside us.

When we pray, we search inside, as a result of this search we find God. Self realization leads to God realization. If we can realize ourselves we can move towards perfection. If we cannot understand our own value then we loose our self image in our own eyes.
Let us appreciate our own self and our own creativity. If you can realize your own potential then you can became great like Chankya, Chandragupta or Ashoka.
To awake, to arise is life. Mostly people are mentally sleeping. Let us awaken and evaluate ourselves. If you have the power to face challenges you can become an emperor.
Close your eyes & bring the feeling of divinity inside, power of forgiveness and start the day with prayer. Let us repeat the Ganesh mantra which will bring knowledge to us.

How to oxygenate and detoxify your brain

Share this on :

22
Bring silence, keep your mind quiet. There is lot of noise inside. You have studied cell, atom. If atom is also subdivided nothing seems to be visible.
Fold your hands and close your eyes and bring silence. Everywhere there is silence so that you can recall everything you learnt from your memory. You may feel you are going to forget everything you have learnt.
But your brain is not so poor. If someone forgets, it is because they feel that they are going to forget all they have learnt. But mind does not function like this. One can recall everything one has learnt. Whatever is learnt or read comes back easily in mind. Something that we can remember throughout our life. So we all are gifted with good memory.
All religions agree that silence or zero state are most powerful stage. Everywhere God is nothing but zero, nothing but energy.
Let us scientifically understand why we say “OM”? Why while chanting we do deep breathing which supplies oxygen to our brain or to neurons of brain. Method of breathing is very important. If we take ten seconds while inhaling, we should take thirty seconds while exhaling. Because of this supply of oxygen increases which purifies our blood. And we release triple amount of carbon dioxide.
This also increases your memory power, concentration will be more. Body gets Oxygenated and detoxified. Better understand this scientific method and try to do everything logically.
Now take a deep breath and we will chant “OM” with right attitude. Why in a temple, Gurudwara, Church do we get better vibration ? This is because we get benefited by good vibration which creates energy and energy is never destroyed.
Why can’t we listen to good things ? It is because of our bad Karmas. Do good actions and you will be able to listen well.

The need for practical knowledge, sex education and moral values

Share this on :

1 (1)

Due to the increasing influence of social media and internet our youth has got a lot of exposure to western countries in the last decade. However, they have not received the required practical knowledge and sex education from their homes and educational institutions.
Some incidents related to harassment of Women in Jaipur and Bangalore have been in the news recently.
Usually such incidents related to harassment of women are blamed on the twisted mentality of men. But this is not always true. Many times, such incidents are also instigated by women as blackmail. The recent incident in jaipur is such an example
In the last decade, due to the increasing influence of social medial and interest our youth has got a lot of exposure to western countries. However, they have no received the required practical knowledge and sex education from their homes or educational institutions. Talking about such topics is considered to be against the Indian culture.
while we observe western culture and openness easily, we are quiet about sex education in our homes and educational institutions. Everyone seems to be overwhelmed with so much exposure and are unable to understand how to stop these incidents of sexual harassments.
It seems shameful that such incidents are happening in the land of Ram, Krishan, Buddha, Mahavir and Gandhi. The entire world is becoming a marketplace due to globalization. If we analyze the reason for this twisted mentality of the society, we’ll find that the reason is not just internet, social media or technological development but the lack of sex education and wrong parenting . Both girls and boys are exposed to western culture and openness. They are all getting influenced. If we look at the state of higher education in our universities and college, their syllabus does not include moral education. we can’t even expect them to include practical or human value based education.
If we want to safeguard our homes and our youth, we need to take steps to include sex education, practical knowledge, yoga and value based education while parenting at home. As a part of education in schools and college, we shall be able to create a healthy environment as per our great culture and tradition.
The season is changing after Lohri and Makar Sakaranti. These changes bring good opportunities. We all can take this opportunity to develop a better society based on love, harmony, equality and respect towards women, Mothers, daughters and sisters who represent love, forgiveness and human values in a society. A society which respect these value will become a happy and prosperous society.
With love, respect and best wishes,

Jalta Punjab

jalta punjab

70% men are addicted to hard drinks and some females are also addicted. But still girls are very powerful and majority of women do not have any such addiction.
One should be polite and humble while listening. At present Punjab is facing a very serious problem and has become a very disturbed state. The problem is addiction to drinks and that also young generation is affected the most.
Punjab was a state of heroes where people were full of enthusiasm and where people contributed maximum during freedom movement in the year 1947. What is the reason behind this drastic change inPunjab? People are helpless and watching silently this ruin of young generation. Even the songs like ‘Nashe shi chadh gayi,Patang si lar gayi” are giving very bad effect on young minds. if we visit Punjab now we will find in every house, even the heads of the family that is fathers are also suffering from same addiction as the younger one.
70% men are addicted to hard drinks and some females are also addicted. But still girls are very powerful and majority of women do not have any such addiction. Due to modernization people are teaching bad things to girls and girls are forgetting their inner strength. Young generation is very reluctant to listen to good things and adopt them. Because of temporary enjoyment of bad habits in a day one has to suffer remaining 23 hrs.
So please make a good habit of listening to good things and practice them in your life. We must get rid of bad habits effects because if we consider our life span to be 100 years due to the greed of just getting one year enjoyment we may lose happiness of remaining 99 years .
If you are asked whether you there should be examination or not promptly you will answer –“there should not be any examination.”Mind is very tricky .Mind always wants shortcut to success. If most of the people are given whether they should pray or not then majority will opt for “No Prayer. ‘But if you realize the importance of God then maximum enjoyment we can get in doing prayer. If you really want to enjoy your life then better try to enjoy in doing good things. You can get short time enjoyment even in drinks but that’s not a solution and let’s not kills ourselves.
When we connect with God then we get strength and we can differentiate between good and bad and short time pleasure and continued happiness. So we can get pleasure even in prayer and meditation.Durng meditation we connect ourselves with our soul and can feel we are divine souls.
Let’s now focus inside and meditate and connect ourselves with God so that we can get power and avoid evil and bring good in our lives. Repeat the mantra with proper understanding and right attitude
Om Puurnnam-Adah Puurnnam-Idam Puurnnaat-Purnnam-Udacyate
Puurnnasya Puurnnam-Aadaaya Puurnnam-Eva-Avashissyate
Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih ||.
You are the fullness. There is fullness, here is fullness. From the fullness, the fullness is born. Remove the fullness from the fullness and the fullness alone remains.

Education System & 3 Idiot Movie

Share this on :

3 idiot (1)

Without any practical sound knowledge we cannot do well to others. This was shown in the picture “Three Idiots. The Dean, Viru sahstra Buddhe was nic named as “Virus”

Education comes as a key to personality growth and self development that manifests in relentless promotion of self. But what is missing in self expression that flows from self giving. Giving unconditional love is the highest form of self expression. It may involve lot of sacrifice, but the final outcome can only bring benefit to all, including oneself.
At first we should understand that if we have unconditional love in our heart then only we can do selfless service. Service to mankind is possible if we are really kind.
“Little more kindness by you and me
What a beautiful world that would be”
If we are good human beings then there can be good self expression which will reflect in our service we render. Self expression does not mean that we reach the heights in our career through ruthless competition and self promotion.
Education comes as a key to personality growth and self development that manifests in relentless promotion of self. But what is missing in self expression that flows from self giving. Giving unconditional love is the highest form of self expression. It may involve lot of sacrifice, but the final outcome can only bring benefit to all, including oneself.
Without any practical sound knowledge we cannot do well to others. This was shown in the picture “Three Idiots. The Dean, Viru sahstra Buddhe was nic named as “Virus”.He was named so because of firstly 1.-He was very rigid,
Next2-He had theoretical knowledge,
3-He did not accept new and modern ideas,
4-He was very dogmatic in approach and too traditional to accept anything new.
Amir khan played the role of Rancho who was full of new and innovative ideas which had to be accepted by open and broad minded people. Somehow, as the society is today, people misunderstand Rancho initially but in the end “All became well.”
Many good people sometimes rather depressingly feel that all they do and say are mere drops in the ocean, when surrounded by such a sea of misery and despair. But deep down, they know they are following a call, taking forward a divine intervention in their own lives and that of others. If they treat the work they do and the help they give to others as a divine calling, it becomes a form of self expression that is divine.
Aid workers to this day go to zones of conflict and war or flood affected areas to give humanitarian assistance-not for their ulterior motives but to save lives. Sometimes even they risk their own lives in giving a helping hand to those who are in need. This type of service is given by Florence Nightingale. Even politicians like Nehru, Radhakrishnan, Rajendra Prasad, Ambedkar and Lal Bahadur Shastri, Indira Gandhi,Mother Terresa played the role models of selfless service.
In today’s Era we have business leaders like Azim Premji of Wipro and Narayan Murthy ,Sudha Murthy of Infosys and many other spiritual leaders like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Maulana Wahidduin Khan are working to bring desperate groups together and get them to live in harmony.
The world will become a better place to live in if each one of us can serve others with unconditional love and we realize the more we give more we receive. In self less service we earn blessings which makes our life worth living and divinity starts flowing through us..

Listen to your internal music

Share this on :

t

We are so restless with our internal turmoil that even while the prayer is going on we are not in tune with the prayer song. We are lost in our own thoughts
In universe beautiful sounds are travelling. With these wonderful things are performing. But we cannot hear all these beautiful sounds as there is lot of noise going inside us. If no internal songs, which are not in tune, were there then we could hear beautiful sounds of chirping birds, or sounds of running water or dancing sounds of running falls and sounds of roaming /thundering clouds.
We are so restless with our internal turmoil that even while the prayer is going on we are not in tune with the prayer song. We are lost in our own thoughts .Sometimes while driving you are so much engrossed in your own thoughts may be you will run over your own parents. You don’t even know how much you are busy with your internal noise.
Like this life is passing by. We are never present where we are standing. And we cannot listen to the beautiful voice of the universe. Let us now focus inside and repeat that sound which is pronounced by Yuhudi or Muslims as “Omen” and by Christians as “Amen” or by Hindus as “OM” The meaning is same. Even Vaheguru repeats “Eko Omkar Satnam”Let us repeat one word “Om” with proper understanding Take a deep breath in and feel your whole body is churning with positive vibration of “Om” which consists of three words-Aa,U ,M . The first word should touch your lower part and second word U should touch your heart part and last word M should touch the centre of your head

All of us do work but there should be consistency in our work. By continuous repetition of these words we can listen to our inner voice. We can live in awareness and do the right thing in right time.

How to find happiness inside

Share this on :

s

This question is very much related to us. We are searching happiness outside but in fact happiness is inside us. We can remain happy. Nobody can disturb us. No one can make us unhappy unless we allow anyone to do so.

An old lady was searching her key outside her house. Seeing that one of the passersby told her “try to remember where did you keep your key last time.” She replied “mostly I keep my key inside my house.”With surprise the person asked “if you have kept the key inside then why are you searching it outside your house?”
This question is very much related to us. We are searching happiness outside but in fact happiness is inside us. We can remain happy. Nobody can disturb us. No one can make us unhappy unless we allow anyone to do so.
Everyone is searching happiness here and there in materialistic things- but even after getting all the things we fail to enjoy real happiness. We all are searching happiness outside the body not within ourselves. No one in the world can claim “I was searching for happiness outside and I could get that ultimately.” Whereas no one can say “I was searching for happiness inside me continuously for five years but could not feel it.”
So Important question is –what is the way to achieve real happiness? The person who is really searching happiness inside could get it in one day, but the person who is searching happiness outside will never get it because happiness does not depend on outside objects. If you are happy you carry a natural smile 365 days for 24 hours.
Happiness is an attitude which comes with the feeling of gratitude. And another question is – how to get internal happiness? Real happiness is within us. And we need to focus inside which is possible by meditation. The people who are focusing outside they are focusing on materialistic things and they cannot do meditation.
If you have to know yourself then you have to focus inside rather than outside. Someone is focusing on Koran, someone in Bible but as science agrees that God is in the form of energy and we are all part of it let us realize the power inside. Feel the energy, know the power of happiness, know the power of truth, love which are already inside us. Better close your eyes which will help you to get distracted from outside objects. In meditation we have to feel good things by creating good thoughts because feeling gives us energy.
Take a deep breathe and feel “I need purity. Let me forgive others who created some unpleasant experiences .I am very thankful to this universe.”This universe consists of five elements-1.Earth, 2.Water, 3.Fire, 4.Air, 5.Sky.We are also made up of these five elements. When we develop the gratitude feelings towards these elements then nature gives us happiness in abundance. Let us also give thanks to all our teachers through a powerful Mantra and let us feel gratitude and chant this mantra with proper understanding and with right attitude.
Namo Arihantanam: I bow down to Arihanta who have just started teaching
Namo Siddhanam: I bow down to Siddha — that is second stage of teachers,
Namo Ayariyanam: I bow down to Acharya -who are teaching as well as practicing
Namo Uvajjhayanam: I bow down to Upadhyaya,- who are enlightened teachers
Namo Loe Savva-sahunam: I bow down to Sadhu and Sadhvi. –who are wise and received wisdom.
We worship the virtues rather than worshipping any one particular person.
