Today let us learn about the fifth chakra which is placed at our throat area and is sky blue in colour and its element is akasha/ehter. It affects the thyroid gland, throat and mouth area.
Due to some disorder in this gland we get tension, worry, depression etc. Actually we can define tension as misuse of our intelligence. We go on thinking about a lot of unnecessary things at the same time which creates tension.
During exam children face maximum tension. Its root cause is to think a lot of things at the same time. We know everything is not in our hand, though we are doing planning and lot of preparation before hand. We can hope for the best result but cannot keep a desire for it because desire makes us restless. It disturbs our inner peace. Peace gives us a lot of energy. Knowledge comes from peace. Peace comes from silence. Actually all senses, common sense etc. comes from silence. “If speech is silver, silence is golden”. As is the management so will be the arrangement. जैसी अवस्था वैसी व्यवस्था। जैसा संग वैसा रंग। ‘A man is known by the company he keeps.
So to balance any disturbance let us activate our throat chakra. We can energize this chakra to get more peace which helps us to take proper decision. Focus on your throat part and concentrate on sky blue colour and chant the mantra ‘OM’ with deep breadth and proper rhythm.
We should be able to use knowledge in the right manner and should not misuse that. Actually, if you do not experience or practice knowledge, that is a misuse of knowledge. When we experience knowledge and use it properly in daily life then it becomes wisdom.
“Knowledge shows the path, wisdom lightens the path” Be knowledgeable as well as wise.
