Lead a Tension Free Life

Assembly Thoughts2

Why do we get Tense?
Tension means stress. Those people who possess low energy whose life battery is not charged properly will feel stress. If you have less knowledge, you will feel tensed. If you don’t get positive vibration then you get tension. If you don’t have good planning, you are stressed and if you don’t feel like giving, only you are interested in taking then also you will get only tension.
But let us think of those people who do not have tension. These people never beg for anything. They are always ready to give, they always say ‘May I Help you Please’. They believe in “Law of Karma”. ‘As you sow so shall you reap’. They believe in doing good work and the result of good work will be always good. At the end only the truth will help to whatever one desire whether they win or lose they will never leave the path of truth. In this road it does not matter whether you are a loser or a winner. To have stress means we have lack of knowledge. We give importance to unnecessary things. I feel that in coming days after 3, 4 year more than half of the people will be having disturbed mental condition because there is destruction all around us. People have restricted their knowledge to certain areas but but life is a mixture of so many subjects. There is psychology, management, IT, sociology and many more involved in our day to day life is also there. But we are expert in one branch only. And we just want to get, want to earn. How many of you feel like giving ? How many of you speak to others without self interest. Everyone thinks “how can I gain ?” Everyone speaks to us with their self motivation. They think of their individual benefit whether you gain or not that is immaterial.
So, in this world where we will see only selfish people these kind of unexpected stress will always come. Because we are interested only in our own profit. Naturally there may be loss of others. But in this world only those people will survive who will be mentally powerful. They will not be affected by any kind of problem of loss. Moreover, they will learn from their loss. They will not cry in bad situation but they will try to get lesson from that.
For e.g. if a police man fines you for not using helmet – some of you will give the fine happily and give thanks instead and say sorry and learn a good lesson. Therefore, we can become a better citizen who respects traffic rule, who follows our rules of our country. We can try to improve ourselves instead of criticizing and improving others.
We can keep our premises clean. I am proud of you. Here Girls are educated, girls are very powerful. They are free from any bad habits of smoking, drinking etc.
Let us meditate and reflect on our bad habit. Let us concentrate at the centre of the eyebrow and try to focus inside and connect with purity.
Think of your any enemy who troubles you, who spoils your energy and we will try to get rid of that enemy by forgiving him/her.
Repeat forgive, forgive forgive.
Let us use our talent in the best way.

EACH DAY IS A LOVELY DAY

Share this on :

Assembly Thoughts1

Happy Monday. Let’s start everyday by wishing happy Tuesday, happy Wednesday and so on. But how can it be a happy Monday ? Its not only by saying we have to do something to make the day happy.
Did you wish your mother in the morning and touched her feet ? Mother is the only person who always gives you unconditional love and always wishes the best for you. Do you show your regard to her everyday? It’s a must. Otherwise you will not be able to confess her.. It’s our greatest mistake to lie with our mother, keep her away from truth or to hide anything from her. This is a sin.
I think God will also not forgive you for this and we will be punished, stating the law that for wrong deeds results will never be good.
Mother always gives you shelter and defends you from all odds.. Due to good intention of the mother you are always protected. Mother is a symbol of purity and a true well wisher. So, if you lie in front of her you will surely lose peace of mind, because your lie will hurt her. This is the worst deed.
Better consider mother as your first Guru (Guide/Teacher) even if she is not highly educated. Education does not mean to have more degrees or qualification. Education comes from experience, from love and affection.
So if you are committing this sin better try to change right now. Don’t hide anything from your mother. Try to speak truth to be truthful with her. Be truthful. Confess to her right now otherwise your mother will be shocked one day.
Be courageous. Be brave. Live like ‘Jhansi Ki Rani’. Bear high self esteem. Be a good manager. Have a noble character so that you can differentiate between truth and false.
Vibration, emotions and feelings have a great effect in our life. We sometimes do lot of work due to an unknown force. That unknown force is called the law of Karma. Every thought is a seed and every seed leads to Karma. Even a bad thought leads to a bad Karma and its action will be bad.
Please stop bad forces by giving attention to your thoughts, connecting with truth, by trusting your mothers and considering her, your teacher and guide. The only purpose of education is to build up a good character, make yourself strong from inside and grow your inner beauty. Beauty is not outside, only love makes you beautiful.

How to be a better learner

Share this on :

better learner

What is the best quality of a good teacher? How can I become a better learner? These are the basic question which should be properly answered. Often it is said that we can learn if we have faith but the question arises how to develop faith?
The answer to this question is that we can have faith and can learn, if we are thankful to our teachers, the person who is delivering the source of knowledge for us. Other than teachers what we get is only information. It’s not true knowledge. It’s not the right process of learning.
Gratefulness comes from believe. We can learn from our mother if we are grateful to her. If you take her for granted, you are not thankful to her, you cannot adopt the good culture which she wants to give. Let us be humble and grateful. Wish you all good luck !

Meaning and Purpose of Akshaya Tritiya

Share this on :

akshaya tritiya

Akshaya Ttitiya, the special third phase of the moon, is the day to invite wealth and consciousness into your life. This is a time when you nurture and cultivate your inner attitude and outer self readily with prospering wealth.
May 9th 2016 is an auspicious day. It’s a belief that on this day any activity performed will be multiplied, amplified and magnified in manifolds. So, you should explore out your desires, speak out your desires and multiply them a thousand fold for an extremely flourishing life on and after Akshaya Tritiya 2016.
Akshaya means which do not diminish which is not perishable. That is which will be done today will be sustained forever. So, we can commit our self towards our goal and should follow the path of success.
The one thought of truthfulness can make you free from all worries. This will also enhance our self-esteem and it’s a fact that if we have self esteem we can do great things for ourselves, for our country.
It’s easy to criticize people, social system and blame others but once we inculcate gratitude in our life we can achieve every good thing. We will become aware of our energy and can become knowledgeable. From today let us be thankful, let us stop criticizing, and let us start this good day with a good thought.
Let us take an oath today and be committed to our own self which will make us powerful and energizes us. Stand in oath taking position and repeat “I am committing today that from today I shall speak truth and only truth and be knowledgeable and thankful. Let God help me.” Wish you good luck!

Determination, Devotation and Dedication are the Keys of Success

Share this on :

determenation

Determination, Devotion, Dedication are the three keys of success. Small things can change our whole life. From today we will be aware and we will bring awareness to others. You will enjoy in learning as well as teaching what you have learnt.
Everyday, you should evaluate yourself. At the end of the day reflect on what are the things you have given to others, how many you have helped. How many people you have cooperated.
Learn everyday something new, understand something new. I have seen foreigners come to our country to learn Yoga, meditation. But we don’t value these culture. We take everything granted. We don’t have regard for this valuable knowledge.
I have seen Japanese came here and observed yoga session and tried to learn it so sincerely. They don’t take anything granted. That’s why may be that country is flourishing so much.
So better adopt small things in life instead of speaking big things. We grow if you change our attitude. Let’s feel like learning from everyone from everywhere and possess curiously like a child.
For every action there is equal and opposite reaction. This is law of Karma. And we should work with strong faith and consistently. You should have strong believe that right action will bring right result. To get success 1st principle is determination **n`<+ fu’p;** means strong believe in your goal, target and what to achieve in life.
Second principle is devotion, that is complete faith in our instructor, in our teacher. This is called surrender. If you have no faith in your teacher you can never learn. Lack of devotion brings failure. We are not surrendered to our mother who is our first teacher, not to our Guru who gives us knowledge. Devotions means to devote yourself to your immediate Guru or trainer.
Third and last principle of success is dedication. That is what you have learned in life dedicate that for the welfare of our fellow beings, for the country. After learning don’t take credit, better dedicate it to God and give thanks to God for the opportunity you got in your life to get knowledge.
By dedication we create good Karma and by law of gravitation we flourish in our job, business, in society. Determination for your own self, dedication is for others and devotion is for God. These are the three principles which bring success in every field.
Wish you all good luck ! I want you to do great work and enjoy doing even very small work with love. I want to give you an example of a small squirrel who was trying to help in the construction of the bridge which Ram was doing to attack Ravana and rescue Sita.
The squirrel was taking a dip in the sea and after that was rolling on the sand on seashore and them shirking his body over the bridge under construction. When asked for this repeated funny action it replied “I am trying to help in construction of the bridge with my minimum capability.”
This is called devotion. We can also do small work with strong sense of duty and love and putting devotion in the work. Go on doing good work. Do good and be good.

Welcome each day

Share this on :

s

It happens very rare that we feel the pleasant weather and our heart is filled with happiness. How many of us actually think of having a walk in the pleasant morning breeze? And how many of us actually feel happy during that walk? Honestly speaking hardly anyone had such an experience as we have not actually realized our self.
Therefore, today’s learning is, we all are very powerful and our powerful body is controlled by Endocrine system. This system is controlled by our mind and our mind is controlled by our thoughts.
We can keep our body healthy with the help of our magical hormones. Law of Karma also plays a vital role. If we do something good with a good thought we get good results. According to law of karma, good work brings good health, money, relationship, success in our work, in business and ultimately we become happy.
Along with good thoughts good physical health is also important. We should exercise everyday at least for 15 minutes, and also should meditate for some time. Without meditation if you start your day then you will feel like dragging yourself throughout the day. Without exercise you cannot energies your body and you will feel lazy. Wish you good day.

Remove the word “Try” from your Dictionary

Share this on :

try

Whatever you give in life it comes back to you. If you pass a smile to the person in front of you, he/she will return the smile immediately. Life is for giving. The more you give the more you get.
Watch your actions always slowly & gradually it will become your habit. This habit later grows your attitude and ultimately that attitude becomes your character.
I have one excellent idea which can be helpful in reshaping your any bad habit. For example you are in trouble because of excess sleeping and so it hampers studies.
We should delete the word “try” from your dictionary. Try is a word which conveys that person is not trustworthy. Better think positive. Don’t say “I shall try”. Either do the work or not do the work. There is no such word like “I shall try to the work”.
For example, “If I will tell you to clap”. Either you will clap or not. How can you try to clap? It is simply impossible. So please delete the word “try” from your vocabulary.

To Grow Better and Better

Share this on :

grow and better

It’s a fact we can bear the capability to be special, loving and caring. And we can enhance all the qualities by expressing in a better way.
Often people wonder how you can grow your personality. Why we get irritated very easily? Why a child does not get upset over small matters?
We get angry very easily, a slight moment of pressure upsets us and we spoil our mood along with others. We can share our troubles with others on whom we trust. Over the time we have left the quality of asking questions and have restricted ourselves to our own thoughts which lead to all anxiousness. We restrict our self by wondering what people will will say if we ask them for something that we don’t know.
Better ask at least one question in a day. Make it a habit to bring one question daily and we will collectively try to solve it. More we explore our inner conflict, more confident we become.
Due to suppression of so many problems we create unnecessary pressure. Ask questions to teachers to parents and get rid of the pressure that you have created.
Rank your expression quality every time. As soon as your expression power grows your personality will grow. Listen to good songs, happy songs which creates happy mood. Remember only one idea can change your whole life.

We receive by giving

Share this on :

3

Nature is powerful, we cannot think of controlling it anyways. As yesterday night we experienced heavy rains with loud thundering and lightening. We all were surprised as it was neither planned nor expected.
Nature is powerful but beautiful. Nature is a blessing for us. It gives us the vital essentials of life like food, water and shelter. Its each and every constituent is beneficial for us. And at the top of it never expects anything in return.
Now, we should ask our self that can we be like the “great nature” which fills our lives with happiness and spreads it unconditionally among all of us.
The following beautiful lines of a song gives us an opportunity to ponder upon the basic questions i.e. who are? What we want to do? How can we be helpful for others etc?

’”मधुबन खुशबू देता है,
सागर पानी देता है
जीना उसका जीना है
जो औरों को जीवन देता है’’

We should learn that giving gives more satisfaction than taking. Purpose of our life is to give. More you give more you receive. At the end of the day evaluate how many people got happy because of you. Don’t run after happiness, money or material things. Better do something new every day, learn the joy of giving and you will realize that while spreading happiness you will earn blessings in abundance.

CHECK & CHANGE

Share this on :

check and change

Often a question arises in our mind that if a teacher is competitive still why children can’t have 100% achievement & learning. Also why in the whole class hardly 2-5% students are able to learn and grasp well whereas remaining 95% remain ignorant?
The only answer to these questions is that the children can only learn if they have unconditional faith and respect for their teacher. Otherwise they can never achieve 100% learning.
If you are interested to learn and are learning what you want, you will definitely learn effectively because all depends on one’s interest and beliefs.
As a counselor what I found was that in most of the cases the teachers were not able to understand the levels of their students. If a teacher is well aware of the level of his students and the methods by which students interests can be sustained in learning, then no doubt the students’ achievement levels will be remarkable.
So today, I am trying to explain something you by understanding your learning levels.
Let’s take an example of your mobile. I feel you all are like a mobile. I can very well predict your charging levels.
Some of you are 90% charged, some are 70%, few may be 10% charged out and there may be few who needs charging and are almost in defused state. Their battery will fail in no time. After that their condition is like a switched off mobile.
Mobile can be charged, but is it possible to charge a human being? We think of charging our mobile but have we ever thought of charging ourselves? There are very few people in the world who really know hour much he/she is charged. All of us should know the charging levels with which we have been blessed by almighty.
We know the value of our mobile phones so we maintain it by regularly charging but have no idea what is the value of our incredible self and when did we need charging.
Charged or energetic people fill their surroundings with energy but a discharged person makes his surroundings dull.
Some people charge themselves 100% through meditation, positive thinking, positive behavior, words, and showing gratitude to others. But unconsciously they start their GPS system of their brain. As mobile battery is discharged because of many apps functional at the same time so is the case with the humans when they fill themselves with numerous unguided activities they discharge their energy completely and so their performance becomes poor.
We should not waste our energy unnecessarily; we should not neglect our job, profession, passion. We can live a worth living life instead of dragging it. We should be concerned about our target and use our energy to achieve that.
To be an effective teacher and effective learner we should be able to use our energy in a constructive way. Try to focus on increasing your energy level and concentrating capacity. Also, check yourself continuously and see whether they are not defusing or destructing your valuable constructive energy.
Check yourself, charge yourself & change yourself.
