mind recharge
Mind is very powerful. It is unlimited in potential. Mind is not our master. We are master of our mind. When Arjuna asked Lord Krishna “please tell me how to control our mind?” Krishna replied, “ to control your mind you have to use the power of detachment and you have to go on practicing till you think Your mind obeys your order.Mind is not your master. You can train the mind. Mind travels anywhere.Due to that we lose concentration.”
We can discipline our mind through education and by feeding it with correct knowledge. When mind is in our control we can do great things. We gain confidence. We start doing the right thing in right time .We can pray, we can meditate . Meditation recharges our soul and we feel relaxed .We can do work without expecting the result, which means surrendering .According to Krishna this is the real prayer .Prayer does not mean begging in front of God. Through prayer we can take power from God and do the work assigned to us with love .Prayer helps us to develop positive attitude. We can behave properly with our subordinates .We can turn our enemies into friends. We can show respect to our fellow beings.
To develop relationship, good health, seeking moremoneyor to get good job, career orbusiness we need not study a lot.It all depends on our attitude.Accept new things; don’t reject. You can create anything you desire just by letting the mind do what it was created by God to do. Once you begin to understand the power of the mind, and learn the laws of the universe, you can reprogram your subconscious so you can obtain anything you want in life and live life to the fullest. You will always get the things in which you are interested,if you only try to do remember the following rules.
1. If you want something, learn to give first .First is action and next comes reaction. For every action there is equal and opposite reaction.
2. If you don’t thankfor a particular thing then you’ll never get that thing .
3. Give thanks to living and non living things. Thanklessness is povertyof mind.
4. Give thanks before and after work.
5. Give thanks three times –First time to activate feelings, Second time to register and third time to communicate.Say “Thank you, ”Thank you”,”Thank You”.
6. Another very powerful word is “I am sorry”.”I am really sorry”. You must have courage to say sorry whenever you hurt anybody or make a mistake.Let it come from your heart. One simple “Sorry” can mend many relationships.
