attitude
A Person is an attitude and nothing more than attitude. A country is an attitude from History we find that British ruled over our country for 400 hundred years .When the question arises “why” then we can get the answer –it’ because of our attitude.
We are all very intellectual class of people. Indian brains are very powerful—this is recognized in Japan,in U.k,In all over the world .But unfortunately along with intelligence we all carry a severe type of limitation.
At the same time there are maximum Diabetic patients in our contry. Even there are more heart disorder, and cancer cases. Why do we have so many diseases?
The main root cause of these diseases is stress which is the result of our wrong attitude. We are also facing tension because most of the time we are either in the past or in future .We hardly in the present moment. Other main drawback –we always are concerned about ourselves ,about our self interest.
Instead of what to get if we can think what to give , we can live in happiness. It will surely reduce our tension and stress level.
How can you be free from hypertension ,diabetics and other diseases? For this we should connect ourselves to service. Our entire focus should be in our Karma ,on our work .As Gita says we should do our Karma without thinking of the result .Go on doing good work. try to be very clever .Until and unless we are focused ,we are disciplined we cannot progress.
Let us do some commitment today. Let us be committed towards our duty, towards your attitude and focus during meditation.
This way we can live 10years more. We will be stress free .We can get more happiness if we are with good attitude .Now repeat this sloka of Gita and try to understand it’s meaning.
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥ २-४७

Karmanye vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana,
Ma Karmaphalaheturbhurma Te Sangostvakarmani

The meaning of the verse is—
You have the right to work onlybut never to its fruits.
Let not the fruits of action be your motive, nor let your attachment be to inaction.
