We can stay mentally happy, physically healthy by adopting Yoga in our daily life. On Yoga day let us make three promises
1) we will drink at least 2 glasses of water early in the morning
2) We will do exercises for 3to 5 mins. daily in the morning followed by Pranayama.
3) We will spend with nature some time may be on our terrace or in park and thank God for the upcoming lovely day.
From my experience, I can assure you that after doing all that not a single day will go wrong.
Yoga means to be united, to connect our soul with supreme soul, to do work with god awareness. A yogi cannot do harm to anybody. Take time for yourself .Love yourself .If you love yourself then you can love others. You can serve others Remember yoga teaches “simple living high thinking.”
