Meditation makes you a better person who can wish good of others. You become a responsible person and will be able to say “I’m responsible”. You will live in a thankful mood.

Our thought has a specific frequency. Awareness also has specific frequency. If frequency of awareness is more than frequency of thought then your wishes will be fulfilled. Giving love increases level of awareness.
Meditation increases our awareness. Please make it your daily habit and try to do meditation for at least fifteen minutes in the morning and in the evening if possible. We get rid of our depression , confidence increases, and we get mental peace. Moreover we become mentally strong. It brings clarity of thoughts, helps to improve concentration power. Meditation makes you a better person who can wish good of others. You become a responsible person and will be able to say “I’m responsible”. You will live in a thankful mood.
Be a good person, good mentor, and good human being. Try to mould and change a few persons in life. Anyone can become like Chanakya, Buddha ,Sukrat,Vivekanand or Mother Teressa by living in awareness . Let us have good aim. Be a part of new ideas. Be open minded. Let us value other’s experience.
You can become a teacher like Chanakya.Be a good mentor and guide to your students. Take responsibility and do work systematically. Feel “work is worship”..Surrender totally and do good work through your hands. If you don’t believe in God you can believe there is a super power or energy which is governing this universe and you are also energy. Your voice creates vibration. And vibration creates energy.

In Navarartri we worship girls because they are considered to be pure and with 100% positive energy. Girls are considered as Lakshmi, Durga.Slowly as they grow up they get influenced by negative environment so they accumulate negative vibration.
Let us now believe we can get rid of this negativity. By believe we can achieve whatever we want. Now let us energize ourselves by doing fifteen minutes exercise.
